Golovan and Partners strictly respects confidentiality, which is the pledge of clients’ confidence.

In view of professional ethic rules and legislative requirements Golovan and Partners is not allowed to disclose the names of clients and information obtained in the course of rendering legal services, nor can it use such information for its own purposes. This commitment will be valid after termination of contractual relationships between us and our clients.

Advocate is responsible for any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information as well as of a commercial secret.

In our work with clients we are guided by the most important principle of professional advocacy – (domination) prevailing of the client’s interests, while using our experience and comprehensive knowledge of law, in-depth understanding of Ukrainian business and government sphere. We always act effectively and make all efforts to solve the task set within short terms and with the least expenses possible for the client.
